Terms & conditions

A reservation is considered tentative until the wedding agreement has been signed and the required deposit has been received.
The requested date may be offered to other clients until the reservation has been formally confirmed.
Confirmation is subject to venue, accommodation, vendor and permit availability.
The final event arrangements must be stated in the signed Wedding Event Agreement or Banquet Event Order.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation.
A further 40% payment is required no later than 90 days before the event.
The remaining 30% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event.
Bookings confirmed within 30 days of the event require full payment upon confirmation.
Additional charges incurred during the event must be settled before check-out or by the payment deadline stated on the final invoice.
All bank transfer, payment gateway and credit card charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

For cancellations made more than 120 days before the event, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made between 91 and 120 days before the event will incur a charge of 50% of the total contracted value.
Cancellations made between 31 and 90 days before the event will incur a charge of 75% of the total contracted value.
Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event will incur a charge of 100% of the total contracted value.
Date changes are subject to availability and written approval from the resort.
Deposits cannot be exchanged for cash and may only be transferred to another date with written approval.
Non-refundable payments already made to external vendors remain subject to each vendor's cancellation policy.
